24SevenOffice vs. ZenTao

It is very well suited for a mid-level organization that has limited data and that does not require very complex analysis by integration with other software and data analysis. It is also very good to have a holistic view of financial analysis, accounts payable, receivables, payroll management, and other financial areas. It would not be very suitable when it requires integration with other software and tools, this could be one area of improvement. It can have better API's.

Our own dev team has been using ZenTao to manage so many of the products we have been developed, we use it to manage product backlog, sprint, task, bug, and case. We have been using this tool so much and we don't think we will immigrate to any other software. Thanks ZenTao, you earn an 8 from us.

We selected 24SevenOffice because the vendor made a lot of promises and demos related to network uptime and features. None of this ended up being exactly correct in real life. I have never used any other PM software so I can't really speak to how it compares in a lot of those ways.

The features and the flexibility in Workfront were less and were not so sufficient for us as we needed something more. We were paying a high rate for almost nothing in the case of Workfront. So ZenTao is a perfect option when it comes to project management and we have witnessed an uplift in our business after ZenTao.

• We were using a fairly similar program from an ROI perspective previously so I can't say it's had a big effect.
• That said the network issues represent lost hours/money.
• The added training is also expensive.
