| Considered Both Products | Chose 360 Degree Feedback I've seen or used several of the other 360 tools. EchoSpan is better in nearly every way. It is more customizable. It can be administered completely by someone internally, so no need to request someone to set up a 360 - you can just do it yourself. Competency library is great, … Chose 360 Degree Feedback Both EchoSpan and the other vendor supplied comparable products, so the major difference was the cost involved. EchoSpan is much more affordable and offers a very similar quality of report. Chose 360 Degree Feedback I have had my consulting firm for 14 years, and have used many of the major providers of 360s. Echospan's 360 degree feedback tool is simply better in every way, more reliable, easier to use, better for data analysis, customization and reporting. |
