360 View is well-suited and even originally designed for financial institutions and banks. It does a great job at large and small scale monitoring of customers and their amount of involvement in your organization. I'd say that 360 View is not well-suited for most organizations that are not in the finance industry (although you could make it work if you need to)
This is well suited in the investment services area especially for multiple users and those working on a remote basis. A full integration of activity such as transactions, daily activity, client reporting, account updates, account processing are available. Majority of systems are real time for all end users as well as clients who choose to do so. Better feed back and notification on updates would be helpful.
