Likelihood to Recommend	No answers on this topic	The data visualization by Monsido is excellent for both executive summaries and for user operation. It can be used by a first-time user with relative ease, however, training (which is offered by Monsido) and guidance by experienced users really unlock the product's potential for an organization. I would not recommend opening the tool suite in an executive meeting, as some of the metrics that are tracked are enticing for them but require contextual understanding for their relevance to the wider health of the website.
