Likelihood to Recommend	No answers on this topic	If you are a US based company only (or maybe just US and Canada or UK) the product works particularly well. I think it makes more sense to provide gifts rather than gift cards as rewards, as people don't really cash out the gift cards. Since Nectar didn't have this functionality in Germany, the platform wasn't ideal. People did provide and receive feedback but didn't really use the reward capabilities.
