They work together pretty well. When I have voicemails, I get an email in my inbox with it and I can even hear it on Outlook; no need to go through Genesys and hear [them] one by one. I get the phone number from where I received the call and voice mail as well.
I also have tried Docketwise, and although both software
share similar features, Cerenade excels on the forms. Suppose you wish to

For our organization the use of eIMMIGRATION is essential. We are not only required to report quarterly information but also yearly information. In addition, we have to create different types of reports according to the requests of the development department or the current funders. Non-profit organizations' sustainability is based on the ability to report accurately and on time.

In that case, the experience with Cerenade is much more intuitive and smoother than Docketwise to edit and transfer the new information to the compilation of forms throughout the platform.
