DPS Outlook Office is suitable for a business environment and would be best used by businesses without remote employees. For remote-based businesses, it would be better to look into a Google-powered office scenario.

  • Notifications when you receive an email on filtered folders.
  • Give extra time when you want to cancel an email recently sent.
  • Improve calendar to be more intuitive.

Alternatives Considered
They work together pretty well. When I have voicemails, I get an email in my inbox with it and I can even hear it on Outlook; no need to go through Genesys and hear [them] one by one. I get the phone number from where I received the call and voice mail as well.
