Likelihood to Recommend	The endpoint protection is fantastic. Being able to recover a single file on the fly has saved many customers hours of frustration. Long term recovery of O365 data has worked well. I bit more difficult but not Acronis Advanced Backup issue, it has been MS issues. Nothing beats on premise backup / recovery speed but, when it is not available, Acronis Advanced Backup gets the job done for bare metal recovery. Cons	They do not sell their product directly, so a reseller is needed - or third party website to process payments for them in order to download the product suite. They have done away with stand-alone software purchases, and have moved to a yearly subscription-based model. It's affordable, but you never truly "own" the software now. Poorly tested versions are sometimes released that cause serious issues for users. This ranges from browsers malfunctioning to BSOD errors. Malware detection is good but not great. We are not confident in SEP by itself to neutralize malware threats. It's detection rate just isn't high enough for next generation and zero day threats. The dashboard is easy to read, and you can easily figure out where to go to troubleshoot or deploy software. Symantec is there for emergencies like backup restoration or file retrieval. Another differentiator with CrowdStrike is that Symantec ES still provides both on-demand scanning & real-time signature-based detection in addition to solely real-time machine learning detection whereas on-demand scanning and signatures are not available on CrowdStrike. This means there is a doubt as to whether we can use CS to comply with some of our PCI DSS obligations which specifically require the use of signature-based antivirus solutions. Return on Investment	We have been able to further develop our customerbase and and more MSP as our partners Overall the recurring revenue coming from Acronis, will help us to increase revenue and margin, without investing in new hardware and save on energy-cost.
