It is well suited for our single-practitioner acupuncture office. I imagine it would work well for a larger office as well. I think it is a fine software, I just wish that you could purchase it outright rather than having to pay for a yearly license. It is not very cost effective

In general, it's a good tool to be used in the areas of patient education, and collections. Some well-suited scenarios where it could be best in the ground are as follows : 1. Areas related to billing 2. Areas related to practice management 3. Keeping the data in high volumes for patients. Some scenarios where it could be improved or where its less suited : 1. More enhancement and machine learning algorithms could be enriched. 2. Its scope could be enlarged to other sections of account and financial issues. 3. SOAP notes could be enhanced.

Alternatives Considered
I've used ACOM in a huge clinic I managed, and though it was easy to use in most cases, I found most of the practitioners quickly became form bound, resulting in less than optimal records. A lot of good intake goes missing when you try to squeeze it into forms.

Chiro 8000 stands alone as the best in the market due to : 1. Affordable rates 2. ML algorithms efficiency is great 3. Billing and practice management fields are well driven and made. 4. Text reminder and check-in are well suited 5. Fully driven for documentation payments billing is very well made.
