By externally, I mean we usually do a quick round of initial testing using Adaface, and internally, I mean we are planning to use it as skills assessment tool for our purpose.I am not sure if there is any control over the googlability of questions. Unfortunately, I cannot edit some questions, whose test is not super clear and I would like to correct it. It is a quick and easy way to screen out candidates before moving on to interviews. In situations where there are less qualified candidates for a role, or if the role is more specialized, it may be better to use another method than HackerRank. Usability	It's super simple to use. Cleanest interface I have seen. UX is straightforward. They do have help center in case you are stuck but I didn't need it (Used it to know about ATS integrations once). Support team is helpful.
