Chose HackerRank
Though both are used as teaching mediums, hacker rank may be slightly better for beginners and is more generalized than the alternatives that would focus on just one aspect of computer science. However, they are not as large in terms of content as other products
Chose HackerRank
HackerRank is used by many other similar organizations so our targeted candidates are more familiar with the HackerRank interface. CodeSignal is nice because candidates can take one test and send it to many different companies. However, this means that individual companies have …

It simply helps us internally and externally. By externally, I mean we usually do a quick round of initial testing using Adaface, and internally, I mean we are planning to use it as skills assessment tool for our purpose.I am not sure if there is any control over the googlability of questions. I think HackerRank is very good for companies who have many candidates applying for specific coding related roles and they do not have time to interview all of them for the positions. It is a quick and easy way to screen out candidates before moving on to interviews. In situations where there are less qualified candidates for a role, or if the role is more specialized, it may be better to use another method than HackerRank.

Usability
It's super simple to use. Cleanest interface I have seen. UX is straightforward. They do have help center in case you are stuck but I didn't need it (Used it to know about ATS integrations once). Support team is helpful. Strong positive feedback from our hiring managers for their test reports.
