Chose Enterprise eTIME, by ADP (discontinued)
eTime is more customizable to specific business needs.
I have not used similar workforce management platform though Enterprise eTIME, by ADP has never failed us in any day. It has given our teams the best guidance on effective implementation of projects and tasks. Close monitoring of our daily programs has lead to increased …
We were having a lot of trouble with Paycom and the reporting within the platform. We escalated several tickets and were unsatisfied with the level of service we received. ADP better fits the day-to-day operations of our company.
The ADP Enterprise eTIME side of the customer service team is excellent. We have had many complicated phone calls and the ADP Enterprise eTIME team has always been able to help us. They have helped us to come up with many solutions, from shift differential codes to setting up …
It's a very similar system. ADP eTIME offers much more support through implementation and ongoing for users and admins. eTIME also seems more user-friendly and intuitive.
Overall user-friendliness and employee base survey resulted in the conclusion that it is NOT a good fit for our employee base. When viewing in depth other vendors, the time keeping features are lightyears ahead of ADP Enterprise eTIME.
So I have used Jibble and time doctor for time tracking, but none of these would reflect the reasons for low/high performance of the employees as Jibble is just a time clock, and the time doctor won't yet make reports and send them to superiors right away. Traqq solves it. …
I haven't used any other products in this area but I think Traqq will be my choice as it provides all the features and services that I would be requesting from such a product. We selected it because they have excellent support and a smooth onboarding process.
As silly as it sounds, I was using Google to search for "timezone converters" prior to finding Traqq. I could never go back to managing my company in this way. I now realize how absolutely ridiculous it was to be using Google to manage a company with about 30 employees. The …
I was an Upwork user for a few years. I think the advantage of Traqq is it has an intuitive Dashboard that you can refer to. On Traqq's Dashboard, you can grasp the data of the whole team at once. While on Upwork, generally, we need to click on each contract to check the …
It's similar to the Upwork time tracker, but Upwork does not let you erase screenshots or blur them, and that's a plus for my employees because they feel they are being tracked but without a privacy invasion.
Traqq is the first tracking app I've used. I have heard friends and former colleagues (On Upwork) complain bitterly about how poor most tracking apps are and the countless number of times they've been underpaid after putting in a great amount of time and energy. Traqq was …
I selected Traqq because in the TickTick app it was difficult to manage the application and I can’t able to see all team members' daily activities in terms of performance.
It is well suited for an Outsourcing business. This type of business has a lot of clients to serve and most of the time consultants serve multiple different clients, eTime suits this kind of setup since it can aid on the accuracy of billing clients for hours rendered by consultants to them.
Traqq is a great system when you are in the field of education. In my experience, it has saved me countless hours of figuring out how to remember the timezone my employees and students are located in. I used to use a written spreadsheet of each employee's timezone and one of those random timezone calculators. Being able to modify Traqq based on my employees' timezone, my timezone, and our company's timezone (the technical "working hours") has been a game-changer.
Ability to clock hours without a physical time clock/punchcard -- great for jobs like tutoring, which may not have a central meeting location
Ability to clock hours for multiple positions in different departments across an organization -- one paycheck, even though I had multiple supervisors and different pay rates
In some ways, the flexibility of eTime makes it much more usable than some time card systems. I can log my own hours at my convenience (as long as it is during the pay period), and eTime sends me a reminder email 24 hours before the cut-off for each pay period. I can log hours for multiple positions using particular pay codes, although there is no way for me to save frequently used or "my" pay codes -- adding this feature would be a much-appreciated improvement to eTime's usability. Juggling multiple pay codes within the current system, however, is cumbersome. There can also be problems if an incorrect or overlapping hour is accidentally entered and saved -- certain fields turn red and are difficult to adjust, often requiring the help of a software administrator. Correcting other errors and entering historical hours is extremely difficult, and the software does not work well on some browsers (and it is unattractive when I have been able to get it to work)
I have not used similar workforce management platform though Enterprise eTIME, by ADP has never failed us in any day. It has given our teams the best guidance on effective implementation of projects and tasks. Close monitoring of our daily programs has lead to increased production. We have managed to implement our duties based on the set timelines.
So I have used Jibble and Time Doctor for time tracking, but none of these would reflect the reasons for low/high performance of the employees as Jibble is just a time clock, and the Time Doctor won't yet make reports and send them to superiors right away. Traqq solves it. Honestly, I have never come across any software competing with functionalities like Traqq yet.
Since I was an employee using the software, rather than someone managing the software, I can't say how it compares to other possible solutions. As an individual user it was sometimes convenient and often frustrating, but I'm not sure whether this reflects the experience of my supervisors, the payroll administrator, and/or the College overall.
I've been able to get things done faster with Traqq. One of my clients made a comment a while back(I asked for her permission before posting this). She said, "I loved how I don't get to pay freelancers for doing nothing, now I pay employees according to the quality of work I receive". We both laughed about it though, but I believe that's a positive impact on her.
I've been able to write more, knowing that my clients can see my major moves. My main aim is to impress my employers to get good feedback in return and Traqq helps me greatly in that area.
