New businesses will benefit a lot from HR. With the built in software you can modify templates to help create disciplinary forms for your business. The same is true for creating a company handbook. It also helps with many other items like hiring, termination, and performance toolkits. It also help with performing background checks as well.

I demo'd some other software and at the time, the other software felt "better" but were way more expensive. Pro Software now does what those other software did, but the price is likely still better.

  • They outsourced drug screening, so we used who they recommended.
  • They are constantly contacting us for add on services even though we've declined them many times already.
  • Hard to get customer support because their automated services need much improvement.

  • When we started with them, they were young and were missing quite a few things, that's all rectified now though
  • The things that were missing were sometimes shocking, and they are now working on some of those things
  • Customers don't always love all the security features, but they are necessary so what can you do

Alternatives Considered
Its hard to describe how it compares because these programs have different functions. however ADP matches and exceeds these other programs due its stylish and simple set up which makes it easy to navigate and also does a lot of work for you which saves you time to do other tasks.

It was lower cost and as they were a growing company, it allowed them to grow with us. I don't have much else to say about it than that. They've been a good partner, and that's just it, they are a partner, not just a software vendor, at least for us.

  • There are lots of areas where a more streamlined automated approach hasn't been available
  • In many of those cases, they were corrected however. Some we're still waiting for
