ADP has a better interface for the end-user compared to the Oracle module and others for payroll. The data integrity and visual appeal are an add on.

Usability
The tool is very intuitive and users can find all the information required and plan their pay structure. The navigation on the webpage is seamless and response time is decent. The overall experience of the platform is amazing

Have not experience or noticed that the ADP GlobalView has an outage, so I can say that support has been good on making the tool highly available.
