Sitetracker is a project management application focusing on managing and reporting features for large or high-volume distributed projects involving disparate sites and personnel, from the company of the same name in Palo Alto, California.
They both have their advantages and disadvantages. PayCore is a better application to track the PTO time of employees however ADP is a better application to track paystubs and is a better application to use as a general employee hub. Overall, both applications have their …
While I was not responsible for the platform selection, ADP has a much better interface. The tools available help in accessing payroll data for several pay periods easily. The data is easy to interpret and consume without the need to open every pay slip. Also the data is …
We use ADP Mobile Solutions in conjunction with ADP Workforce Now. The mobile convenience for timekeeping is the primary reason we went with ADP Mobile Solutions instead of other products.
Our company was acquired and we went with the parent company's vendor. I am glad we did because I honestly stopped going in the Insperity app. I would wake up and see that I was paid in an email but when I tried to log in to the app it was just too annoying. Once I was in I had …
ADP definitely stacks up to all its other products. It looks 10x fresher than the ADP Vantage (Classic) platform. I wish Vantage could have a better UI like the ADP Mobile Solutions.
I evaluated several other payroll services for small business, like Paychex and QuickBooks. I found that ADP provides so much value in the accuracy, ease of use and support provided, that any small monetary savings a cheaper services provides is outweighed by the savings in …
ADP mobile is an extremely straightforward application in my opinion. Other apps are very similar though, offering an array of the same options. I wouldn't say the mobile application was the primary reason why we choose one service over another, but it is absolutely a …
The ADP Enterprise eTIME customer service team is excellent. I hope that ADP gears up their support for the ADP Mobile Solutions app and models it after ADP Enterprise eTIME. They are very professional and knowledgeable whenever my payroll needs to call them for a solution. …
Both software do the same types of things. I think either is a good choice, I would just recommend you consolidate all your processes onto one software. Having multiple software can be tedious and confusing for employees.
The Sitetracker rep came back a few times to negotiate the price and throw in additional features, so overall the price was very competitive for bundled services. Once the contract was signed, the implementation process was smooth, with easy-to-integrate step-by-step …
I am using this software for the organisations with a perfect satisfaction. What i need for the organisations i can get it from this software better than any other softwares. The features of this software is just awesome and perfect for the organisations. I am totally pleased …
Better use case scenarios, better industry experience and better leverage on task and document Management. Integrated seamlessly with our ERP system (Oracle) for budget, costs tracking and forecasting of project phases and the overall project as well.
Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into cards and boards. Sitetracker is a lot more easier for me to use and also it solves a lot of large projects.
[ADP Mobile Solutions is] appropriate for when your at home and you need to request time off. It's also nice to see your benefits that you elected and be able to do open enrollment for benefits via the app. They can see their paystubs and their W2's and your able to print or email those documents to yourself.
So Sitetracker is a future-proof cloud platform built on Salesforce to benefit from smarter document management, machine learning, enterprise-grade security, and more. And that's how it has made the ecosystem quite complete by introducing various feature sets for the construction process, and it has included AI Reports and Insights which are really helpful. The overall product engineering is an absolute treat for all the users, as most of the features are built keeping the target audience in mind.
ADP does a great job of handling all tax filings, which removes a lot of complexity and headache for the business owner.
ADP has great reporting functions to facilitate analysis around labor costs.
The "employee access" function allows employees to directly view their pay stubs, or tax statements, update changes in personal information like address or direct deposit info, which cuts down on admin work for business owner and improves accuracy of employee records.
I'd like to see favorites added to the selection bar. There are normally only one or two items I need to find quickly but there are several click-throughs.
The usability seems very intuitive, as we turn more features on we are continually impressed. As we roll out features to our employees, it is very user-friendly, and most users have little to complain about. I would recommend a training module when someone first downloads the app, to have a few training screens before logging in to help those less familiar with application technology. Other than that recommendation, the app has been great.
I've never really had to use the support for ADP mobile, so I would say that it is a great reason to give a good score. I believe the support that is put into keeping the application up to date and keeping the functionality of the application must be a focus of ADP, which is nice to see.
ADP mobile is an extremely straightforward application in my opinion. Other apps are very similar though, offering an array of the same options. I wouldn't say the mobile application was the primary reason why we choose one service over another, but it is absolutely a must-have for choosing a system in general. I would say most applications we reviewed, specifically the Ceridian app, were very similar
The Sitetracker rep came back a few times to negotiate the price and throw in additional features, so overall the price was very competitive for bundled services. Once the contract was signed, the implementation process was smooth, with easy-to-integrate step-by-step documentation. Among other features, my team praises the customizable templates which eliminate the need for coding knowledge.
Well it's only for my pay but I will admit I check my pay a lot more often and check more data than I have before. I was able to catch a mistake early on and get it fixed. I might not have done so as early with my previous app.
