For any business looking for a solid and reliable payroll system [ADP Streamline Payroll] is perfect. It is a little expensive but you certainly get what you pay for. It is easy to implement for your business and to get your employees set up. Gathers all of the needed tax documents and payroll stubs easily and makes them accessible.

In my organization, we have replaced all paperwork with this software, for the case of payroll, treasury, or on-demand payment. And from the backend, we have requested to enhance the feature like deductions and reimbursements. So in this way, it comes as a single tool to automate the whole payroll process. Which can be accessed, stored, update, and monitored from anywhere. So the whole organization and communications seem just to be a click away. Since we have switched to the cloud pay for payroll management, a lot of finance things are still there which need to be integrated with this system to make everything intact and altogether but cloud pay, as of now, do not have room to accommodate, and that's an issue to us, as a manager. So it's a request and suggestion as well to consider other finance-related things and try to fit in the same application, I know it's a big ask, but can be tried.

• Happens rarely, but sometimes Customer Service has to look up an answer. I would prefer they simply upgrade my call to someone who knows the answer.
• If you are going through a huge company change, let them know ahead of time so you can get a timeline of when changes should and can be done. Implementation of a new company takes considerable time.
• Offer more LIVE webinars to get more interaction. Listening to webinars, not so exciting and you can't ask questions while you are listening.

I give this a 9 rating because the customer support is great. I have had issues that needed to be solved very quickly and they are always so eager to help. They can give you a solution to your problem and if they try everything and still can't, they will connect you with someone that can or will.

ADP Streamline Payroll is efficient and technologically advanced. It is a great fit for our company. Our employees use it daily and enjoy having a platform that is reliable and user-friendly.

ADP is one of the largest payroll service providers in America. They offer similar services as cloudpay. Cloudpay stacks up very nicely to ADP and they seem to do better with quicker pay outs. However, ADP is larger and has more resources, so they can offer better rates and tech support. As Cloudpay grows it could potentially be one of ADP's biggest competitors.
