With so many agencies submitting candidates and only a few being reviewed at a time the chance of a candidate making it to a review and in front of a hiring manager is low.

This program is an easy program to roll out to employees as it is very user friendly. If you are a larger company, this will definitely eliminate questions or concern from employees who fear they may not be able to use the program

• It is very user-friendly. From a user aspect, it is hard to mess up any entries.
• It is flexible, so it allows users to go back and adjust any issues before submitting timecards for approval.
• It is easy for managers to approve and add comments once the time card has been submitted.
