Likelihood to Recommend	Agiloft is great for storing contracts and being able to run reports on those contracts. Where is lacks is when there are amendments to the contracts which change information that you will run a report on. Since the data doesn't stack, if I wanted to run a report on any agreement with unpaid time off and there was unpaid time off added in the first amendment but removed in the second amendment, the first amendment would still hit the report even though the unpaid time off was removed in a later amendment Incentivized Verified User Anonymous Read full review	DocuSign is useful for collecting electronic signatures on isolated documents and packets that are administered separately or integrated into another system. DocuSign is integrated into our onboarding system, Paylocity, which is where the employee completes all onboarding tasks required for employment. Integrating DocuSign with Paylocity allows us to send documents that require more than one signature along with other onboarding tasks, which makes for a less confusing onboarding experience for the worker. DocuSign also allows us to automatically run E-Verify from the integrated Form I-9 Document, which saves us lots of time onboarding each employee. Cons	It would be nice if there were a way to upload an executed agreement and have the system pull the details into the contract record. Maybe having a "themes" option so that individual users could pick a color scheme/layout that worked best for them. Having a Chat feature could be helpful instead of sending internal emails. Usability	Agiloft is a wonderful tool, easy to use and has a lot of functionality. Support Rating	Implementation was relatively easy and I have not had any issues with the support. UI change created some challenges for the end-users, but overall, it was a smooth experience. I hope the company will continue investing in the product and not consider it as something to not care about too much. I believe Agiloft does not make any other software, so I think the focus on it should not wane.
