Well suited for forms that need to be signed by one or more people (ie multiple levels of managers). Great to keep all completed slates in one section so that you can find what was completed and where. It does get a bit tricky with routing when it's a bit of back and forth.

Nintex is well-suited for any application that does not have record import features.

• The airSlate interface is very easy to use. Creating new forms or updating existing ones is way less challenging than other similar platforms.
• airSlate integration with other platforms is straightforward and doesn't require special unique code.
• The look and feel of the user interface is clean and inviting.

• Can update any type of electronic record/application.

• Field mapping to Salesforce is precise but a bit fidgety. Would be nice to be able to do it on the form builder instead of in a separate bot.
• Fillable fields in PDFs are ugly. It would be nice if font size/spacing/alignment actually matched the document.

• It could use better handling of emulator response times and states. For example, oftentimes the tool moves faster than the emulator can perform tasks and the whole process can crash, forcing the user to start over.

Foxtrot is the best data automation software on the market. Especially for the price and cost savings. I have been able to do so much data integrity clean up over the years to keep our system clean.

Starting with a template it is easy to see how parts of the workflow are connected and make changes that will customise the product for your own use case. In our situation, rather than starting from scratch, our form was working within hours of joining the trial version. Several hours of tweaks lead us to a form that is better than the tool it was replacing and we are saving real man-hours with a minimum investment of time and money. Service has been exceptional.

I have reached out to airSlate support a number of times during setup and after. The platform includes a built-in support chat that is very convenient and fast. I'm able to get the answers I need is less time than it takes with any other software I use. And I don't need to pick up a phone or write an email and wait for a response. They support staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating

HelloSign is the only other products we've used but it does not have the automation we needed. We used it when we were processing fewer digital forms and most others were required by our legal department to be printed and signed.

Foxtrot does not have nearly as much in terms of functionality and workflow tools. It is primarily meant for automating and creating scripts that help with mainframe-based maintenance and migration tasks. In addition, it is very efficient in simulating the actions of an individual for daily and manual tasks. We selected Foxtrot because it was the tool that was recommended by the main vendor we needed to interface with, and industry-wide it was the main tool being used by other financial institutions with similar platforms to perform the tasks that we bought the platform to perform.

• As previously mentioned, Foxtrot has allowed us to become infinitely more efficient in handling mass maintenance scenarios within the organization. It has allowed us to go from development to deployment often within a couple of days including testing.
• It has further allowed for the remote automation of manual tasks performed on a daily basis and freed up that time so that the resources can be more efficient within their functions and get more things done.
• The tool has allowed for the creation of several template scripts that can be utilized anytime for similar situations, which has made us even more efficient in that the development of the script only happens one time and provides for infinite uses without any additional overhead.
