airSlate is a codeless workflow building platform, focusing on document generation, contract lifecycle management with e-sign, and what the vendor describes as mobile-friendly web forms which can be integrated with systems of record (e.g. CRM, etc), using no code airSlate bots.

HelloSign is the only other products we've used but it does not have the automation we needed. We used it when we were processing fewer digital forms and most others were required by our legal department to be printed and signed.
airSlate is cheaper to utilize, and allows for more specified automation. I always worry about the per envelope cost for DocuSign, which is not a factor when utilizing airSlate.
airSlate also notifies us if there is an issue with a bot, whereas we have had people attempt to …
I think each one has its purpose and one product can't be everything. airSlate does a great job at being economical for a business while also delivering the software that you need with the ability to make it your own. the support team is also outstanding which is a huge plus.
We had been unable to get much attention from DocuSign support/sales when we decided we wanted to connect forms to Salesforce. I stumbled across airSlate on the appExchange, and their sales team was responsive and helpful. I haven't worked in DocuSign myself, but my users tell …
We initially thought airSlate could replace Cognito Forms for our company. However airSlate is missing key features that would allow this. We currently use Cognito Forms to take form entries for clinical samples we receive in the lab and then in bulk are able to ingest new …
We've used several other web form applications but none of them add the ease of use as airSlate. Also, none of them integrated with our other tech stack, such as Salesforce.
We chose airSlate over docusign because it allowed us to customize more things. DocuSign was getting pricier and allowed less customization or tools for the same price airSlate was offering. airSlate also gave us a non profit discount and allowed for us to be HIPAA compliant …
One of the other platforms we used was terribly hard to configure correctly- we spent many many hours on processes that never worked correctly- and two of these platforms did not have transparency in what they said they could do and what they could really do. And the feature …
Adobe is extremely easy to use for forms that have to be built every time - like tax returns - even when it sometimes thinks every box needs data that is already there from the tax program. It requires no account creation or other hoops for the signer to complete a signature …
airSlate covers some processes that are not available yet in power automate, or have an additional cost / third party reliance. airSlate also has the ability to produce solutions in a sometimes faster manner than power automate, depending on the complexity. Plus, the licensing …
With airSlate, you are not bound to just one type of tool like you are with Google forms. airSlate allows you to link to other tools, other than Google to make the forms work even better.
While maintaining similar features as alternative products, airSlate is easier to use and less expensive. It is quicker to setup and creating new forms and workflows are easy with the help of built-in templates. I find the user interface friendly and well designed compared to …
Kissflow was overly complex and costly. Forms On Fire didn't seem to have the support we needed. We already subscribe to Adobe Sign, but was a hassle to figure out how to construct a cascading set of authorisations that pulled data from a sheet according to user input.
Tallyfy is a wonderfully robust solution but airSlate further connected the dots for us with the full integration to the electronic signature aspect of our needs. I'm not sure where Tallyfy stands currently on that front.
Ariba contracts is still slightly easier to use, better interface and easier to manage as an administrator than Icertis. Ariba allows administrators the capabilities to make changes and updates with less reliance on support, allowing for independence.
In our organization, we chose Icertis over Ariba Contracts because of its comprehensive feature set and its advanced contract analytics capabilities. We found that Icertis provided us with more flexibility and customization options, which was important for our organization's …
The UI/UX could use some updating compared to the other systems mentioned. I was not a part of the selection process so I cannot speak about that process.
I think that all three of these platforms are solid products. I was not the decision maker in choosing Icertis over the other two products - that was handled by our IT department.
Well suited for forms that need to be signed by one or more people (ie multiple levels of managers). Great to keep all completed slates in one section so that you can find what was completed and where. It does get a bit tricky with routing when it's a bit of back and forth.
Icertis is a great partner in managing contractual obligations and commitments ! The benefit really comes from the real-time integrations the ICI platform is able to partner with . We are able to save the company time, money, and resources by just knowing what credits are owed in real-time! Before we had the Obligation Management app, the process for tracking SLAs was really clunky and details were often missed. Now, it's a breeze!
Contract Creation and Management: Icertis excels at streamlining the contract creation process. It allows users to easily create and manage contracts using pre-approved templates, which can be customized as needed. The platform also includes built-in e-signature capabilities, making it easy for all parties to sign and execute contracts electronically. This has greatly reduced the time and resources needed for contract management, and has enabled our organization to be more efficient in the contract creation process.
Contract Compliance: Icertis helps organizations stay compliant with regulatory requirements by providing real-time tracking and alerts for contract expiration dates, renewal dates, and other important dates. This feature has been particularly useful for our organization, allowing us to avoid costly contract renewals and stay compliant with legal requirements.
Analytics and Reporting: Icertis provides powerful analytics and reporting capabilities that allow organizations to gain valuable insights into their contract portfolio. These analytics and reports can be used to identify trends, track performance, and make more informed business decisions. This has been particularly beneficial for our organization, allowing us to better understand the performance of our contracts and make more strategic decisions.
Some features are unnecessarily limiting. For example, the inability to delete records or change fields later if it turns out there has been a mistake in how the contract was entered or the term was described. The Icertis form fields are NOT the contract record that is required to be kept. If someone makes an error, they should be able to fix it. The contract itself doesn't change, and that is the business record.
Too much is built on the assumption that the person requesting the contract is the one with the control or ownership of the contract. It would be better if the person to whom the contract is submitted for review was the owner in the system.
Not all requests will in fact end with a contract. Sometimes requests are started and the project is abandoned or put on hold for a period of time. More status fields that reflect the reality of contracting would be helpful.
Starting with a template it is easy to see how parts of the workflow are connected and make changes that will customise the product for your own use case. In our situation, rather than starting from scratch, our form was working within hours of joining the trial version. Several hours of tweaks lead us to a form that is better than the tool it was replacing and we are saving real man-hours with a minimum investment of time and money. Service has been exceptional.
I have reached out to airSlate support a number of times during setup and after. The platform includes a built-in support chat that is very convenient and fast. I'm able to get the answers I need is less time than it takes with any other software I use. And I don't need to pick up a phone or write an email and wait for a response. They support staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating
super dependent on how much money you want to pay. The general regular support can usually take around one to two weeks to get an answer and sometimes that issue is fixed but the underlying issue is not addressed even if you call out that it is a repeated issue. It appears that sometimes support is not really trained in how your instance is set up so there can be a bit of back and forth just to be able to get the appropriate support.

In our organization, we chose Icertis over Ariba Contracts because of its comprehensive feature set and its advanced contract analytics capabilities. We found that Icertis provided us with more flexibility and customization options, which was important for our organization's specific needs. Additionally, the AI-driven contract insights provided by Icertis have been extremely helpful in helping us optimize business decisions and realize the full potential of our contracts.Another important factor is that Icertis is industry agnostic, while Ariba Contracts has a stronger presence in specific industries. Icertis is more suitable for a wider range of organizations and that's why in our fictional organization we selected it.Overall, both Icertis and Ariba Contracts are powerful contract management software solutions, but Icertis's advanced contract analytics and its flexibility and industry agnostic approach make it a better fit for our fictional organization.
Since implementing the platform, we have seen a significant reduction in the time and resources spent on contract management. This has allowed us to reallocate these resources to other areas of the business, resulting in increased revenue.
Additionally, Icertis has helped us to improve our entitlement and obligations management, allowing us to better track and manage our contract expiration dates, renewals, and other important dates. This has helped us to avoid costly contract renewals and stay compliant with regulatory requirements, thereby protecting us against noncompliance and penalties.
The platform's built-in analytics and reporting capabilities have also been valuable in helping us to gain valuable insights into our contract portfolio, allowing us to make more informed business decisions. Additionally, the platform's contract intelligence has helped us to shorten our sales cycles, which has enabled us to close more deals in less time.
