Cons	There is a big technical functionality and I don't code. If I was confused I needed to go to the IT department. The permission settings are a little hard to navigate. Having to direct to a thank you page on another platform is kind of a pain. The Salesforce connector pricing is a bit steep. Basic live chat capabilities would be awesome. Return on Investment	Saved time and labor. Made the transfer to Salesforce easier.
