Allego has the below advantages vs. Salesforce. 1. We call through the software & calls are automatically captured along with the call records & captured as tasks completed. 2. We use call coaching from the recorded calls to enable our team to improve further. Salesforce is …
Allego is easier to use, more engaging for the user, and easier for the administrator. Our teams have leveraged this tool more than other tools we've tried.
I was not personally involved in the purchase of Allego, but came to the organization shortly after. I would say that Allego stacks up to both Gong and Litmos pretty well with a few differences. Gong is a little more robust when it comes to the functionality of call …
You have more creative control and do not have to go through their team to make changes. Cost to create courses went from $5 - 8,000 to virtually nothing as now we can build our own courses or programs without assistance or excessive cost.
It's 50/50. Allego offers functionality that others do not (video creation and simple sharing), and others offer functionality that Allego does not (contact management, integration with loan origination software). It just comes down to what the tool is going to be used for. …
The ability to drop and drag documents to the needed location within Allego was a game changer for me. As well as utilizing the ability to notify users within the system itself, prior I had to send emails to users. The efficiency of this system has really been a time saver.
Allego is much more independent. I did not use CD2 much, however from input from previous users, we have more control with Allego, and more ownership in our own content.
Allego has many more functionalities — virtual exercises, searchable library, recording video direct from platform, to name a few — and can act as a single source of truth for company learning. Our previous platform only let us create lessons to follow and didn’t allow for …
We evaluated two other platforms, Boco and Acto. At the time we felt the video coaching aspect at Allego better suited our needs and was more user friendly. When we considered Acto, we were interested in the micro-learning capabilities, but after seeing how Allego had evolved …
When compared to Highspot, I found Mindtickle to be much easier to navigate. The UI is way cleaner and intuitve. The capabilties are relatviely the same. Overall I certaily prefer Mindtickle. The one thing I will give to Highspot is that their analytic capabilities (especially …
Mindtickle is superior to Saleshood as Mindtickle has intelligence and makes prescriptive recommendations. Saleshood is only a content management system.
MindTickle has enlightened our minds and thinking point of view, now I collaborate with top sales personalities via this platform and arranging the coaching sessions for my team this tool has helped me to up bring my sales effectively approach as numerous business to business …
I have not used anything like MindTickle. If anything, we used old training videos by Joe Verde or Grant Cardone. I disliked watching a guy lecture me through a screen.
Overall, I have not used other software like MindtTckle, but I believe that my company chose them because they are effective in what they do. The software is extremely user-friendly, and provides an experience that is useful and productive. I would recommend this to anyone or …
MindTickle is definitely more interactive to the individual user, but this train is a bit different in the style of which learning was conducted. Staples, for instance, is a larger company with the resources for learning and development. The teaching style for Staples was more …
I haven’t explored the above-listed products, but the kind of advantage on user experience and diversified solutions on one platform made the decision easier to choose among platforms. On the whole, MindTickle gives you value for money. None of our users have faced any major …
The only thing I've used like MindTickle has been Canvas from Instructure. I used this in college as my learning platform, and I think that Canvas has a better overall design and functionality. However, in a corporate setting, MindTickle makes sense. Going back to my earlier …
MT lets us customize our material, content, and delivery. Some of the others are for areas of content where we are not experts. And we use them to fill the gaps.
I used SalesHood at a previous organization. We had personalized trainings from the CEO. The platform was easy-to-use, and great for housing trainings for later review. MindTickle seems to have some more integrations, but the format is simple and it is a bit clunky to use. …
Mindtickle does everything. They're a jack of all trades. This means that they aren't particularly strong in one aspect, but they provide all the features we need. This means we don't have to have several different systems to accomplish what we do.
You get out of Allego what you put into a Allego. We are a two-person training team with other job responsibilities. Allego requires a driver of content as content will not just create itself nor will people be apt to just film a video themselves. As easy as the software is to use it requires manual planning and execution to ensure consistent content. If you have a good content calendar and planned and hold subject matter experts accountable as well as Sales Management, you will have a robust platform where all users benefit.
This tool is available at a very reasonable price, they have good customer support and offer various plans as well. If you want to grow your business on a large scale then it will surely be the best choice. Moreover, this tool will give you new ideas for making the right space in the market that will further help you in gaining much fame too.
MindTickle is very well organized, the user interface is easy to read and navigate. This is important because it is very friendly towards both tech-savvy individuals and non-technical individuals.
The viewable points on MindTickle helps boost individuals who are competitive and does well to inform users of how they stack up against their fellow peers.
We have yet to discover something about the system we don't like.
If hard-pressed to find a flaw, it would be that whomever authors content, the content is tied to that individual; however, Allego has the capability to "reassign" content to a different author when needed.
You can't organize the trainings yourself, you have to stick to the filters MindTickle and your company use for organization. It would be helpful to be able to provide your own organization.
The badges are arbitrary. Points help you see where you're colleagues are at, but the badges aren't really useful at all.
I guess it would be great. I have not needed to utilize the customer support team since I have been using the MindTickle platform. I would say that a good thing. But on the flip side, I am just one user. I would imagine people who are actually putting in the content deal with customer support more regularly for any issues on how the product is operating.
I was not personally involved in the purchase of Allego, but came to the organization shortly after. I would say that Allego stacks up to both Gong and Litmos pretty well with a few differences. Gong is a little more robust when it comes to the functionality of call intelligence and coaching and has a little more to offer when it comes to syncing up to Salesforce. But doesn't have the content storage or LMS capability. Litmos has the badging capability that Allego does not, but it didn't have the CI and content storage like Allego does
When compared to Highspot, I found Mindtickle to be much easier to navigate. The UI is way cleaner and intuitve. The capabilties are relatviely the same. Overall I certaily prefer Mindtickle. The one thing I will give to Highspot is that their analytic capabilities (especially in the library) are more robust.
I'm not in a position to know the specifics, but I will guess the three biggest impacts. One positive has been that MindTickle has kept us sales reps up to date and able to talk about all of the products. I'm sure that these trainings have led to better pipeline numbers.
MindTickle has had a positive impact on diversity and cultural training as well, as more people are learning and open to learn.
