Cons	No answers on this topic	The AI response tool is helpful, but should not be used without tweaks. Some review platforms do not allow responding from within Chatmeter. The social dashboards are not up-to-date with relevant metrics. Some posts show zero engagement when in reality, it has over 100 likes and 30 shares.
