Likelihood to Recommend	Referral leads to conversations is what we were focused on. We don't do direct sales on the site, we wanted to drive potential clients to book a call and it seemed to serve its purpose in that sense. I'd imagine that for any business that is doing direct sales and could add in rewards or a referral program to existing clients, that this would be a great platform to do so with.
