| Considered Both Products | Chose AMS360 AMS360 is a solid platform to run an insurance agency. Their support during issues is stellar. Our issues came only after we said we needed to pivot a different direction, then everything went to pot. More Info Chose AMS360 Both systems are similar in terms of management capabilities. We went with AMS360 as it better fit my group as a whole. I do think that reports were much more easily run in Applied than AMS360.
