Sertifi is an electronic signature software offering from Sertifi.
Annature is very well suited to sending envelopes to clients when signatures are provided, it also allows for two factor authentication to improve the security of sensitive information and documents. The ability to enable signing order has also proved very effective and easy when multiple parties are required to sign.
It is well suited for individual transactions or a couple of transactions by the same customer. Most customers making numerous purchases at different times still prefer the paper format, given that they do not need to start from scratch each time.
Document generation - it's extremely simple to integrate the data needed from our platform onto a document efficiently.
Sytem integration - having the ability to integrate to our Salesforce.com platform was a selling point, in that the open API enables us to keep documents tied to specific clients.
Email template ability - not only great for document generation, it is also great in its capability for sending and customizing the email templates along side it.
It is incredibly user-friendly and very easy to learn on the go without specific training. There are a lot of step-by-step guides that help you learn how to use the product, but it's intuitive, and I cannot fault it. I knew it entirely on my own with no guidance; I followed the instructions via the website and figured it out as I went along.
Better customer service experience and billing experience with Annature. DocuSign was not a good experience at all, which is why we moved and also why past businesses I have worked at have also moved to Annature.
DocuSign was good, I used them for about 1-2 years. However we did have some issues with them as far as contract errors when sending out to the clients. There were also issues with capturing credit card information at times from the client and processing it through our billing system Overall, Sertifi is a lot more beneficial for our organization.
