Chose Any.do
Any.do is very easy to use, other application has similar experience, Asana has much more features that Any.do but it is meant for project management where as Any.do is the perfect reminder application. Other apps like Apple reminders, to do list also do the same but their user …
Chose Any.do

Chose Any.do
Any.do has a key selling point for me and is the AI integration to read through your tasks and suggest calendar events, also user interface in the mobile app is quite friendly and comfortable for users. I like that it has a different option for grocery lists, it helps me …
Chose Any.do
As opposed to OmniFocus, which is a behemoth when it comes to task apps, Any.do is much simpler and in return, makes it easier to jump in and out of it as needed. This enables me to check things off quickly, or add something before I forget it without having to jump into a …
Chose Any.do
While they are certainly not a "one or the other" tool, Any.do is considerably cheaper and far less of a heavy lift when it comes to task management. Basecamp is more of an enterprise project management tool that does a lot more, if that's what you need. For task management and …

Chose Rocketlane
The older one was no as good as Rocketlane because the User interface and UI are most important to use any software for the end user. Because more easy to understand, and easier to adapt the software. Thanks, Rocketplane I really like rocketplane because of its features and …
Chose Rocketlane
Rocketlane was extremely easy to stand up and get running. Both our internal teams and customers have been fans of the process so far. We had our first projects set up, with our Salesforce sync and white-labeled branding all live within the first week.
Chose Rocketlane
For our specific needs, Rocketlane fits the bill perfectly. It had just the right amount of features without it being overly complicated to teach the client. The pricing also worked out well: just pay monthly licenses per user.
Chose Rocketlane
Rocketlane is more robust for onboarding than monday.com with better customer interface. However, Rocketlane does not have some of the advanced features of ChurnZero or GUIDEcx. However, Rocketlane's pricing is aligned well with the features they offer.

Any.do is well suited for anyone who needs help managing tasks and reminders for projects at work or at home. It's very easy to use and can be shared with others for increased collaboration. It will always run up against its greatest competition - pen to paper. It is less appropriate where specific project management tools are being used that Any.do doesn't integrate with.

There is project management tracking from the start till the end (onboarding till hypercare). The bifurcation of project stages and pre-built templates is good; you can assign client tasks. Less appropriate: Raising tickets for developers because there is no escalation management option. Let’s say the developer didn’t reply in 24 hours for a high-priority task; this should be automatically escalated to their senior.

Usability
It is very very intuitive, I have been using the app since it was launched, started using it as a personal reminder, and then also recommended within the organization. The experience is very similar to writing on a pad and then when complete crossing it off. I love it's user experience.
