Chose ApplicantPro
I used Indeed.com at a former employer with similar success to ApplicantPro. Only about 10% of applicants have been qualified for the positions I've posted. I've had better luck with recruiters. While they cost more, the applicants they find are qualified and have proven to be …
These two systems are similar in that they track applicants, can store offers, automate email responses and allow easy job posting. I think that PeopleSoft is a little more advanced and has more overall options/safeguards, where as ApplicantPro is still in a learning phase both …
ApplicantPro is super user friendly and pushes out to many free job sites. ApplicantPro is also easy to train managers on and the interface makes it easy to review applications quickly.
We are just implementing UltiPro. It has an ATS module and does a lot of things equally well and some better. Applicant Pro is probably half the cost. Also, UltiPro requires an account with eQuest to post to state job boards and local job boards, this is an added cost. It …
ApplicantPro was the software the company was using when I got into the business. It was very easy to learn and I pick up on it fast. It has been one of the only software that has been so easy to learn. We recently switched over to Icims talent tracking software and it was much …
Brightmove does all we need from a resume database and ATS and job board posting perspective compared to Zoho Recruit. When we initially started with BM, it was a more cost-effective and simple solution...which is why we chose Brightmove. Ironically, now we are looking at the …
It isn't even remotely close how much better Brightmove is compared to PCRecruiter. PCRecruiter is living in the early 90s, while Brightmove has brought recruiting and ATS software into 2018. Highly recommend it.
Brightmove seems to be pretty similar to Vurv, but overall the functionality of the other systems I have used has been better. I didn't select to implement Brightmove, it was already in place when I joined the company.
Brightmove is visually appealing and easy to use. It has great functionality when it comes to looking at the candidate page, job page, or a dashboard that is fully customizable. Brightmove makes it easy to post jobs to internal sites and external sites. It does lack on the …
I greatly prefer Bullhorn over Brightmove. The email functions offered through Bullhorn are exceptional, tracking candidates is a breeze, and uploading resumes to specific job orders is a snap.
I would have thought ApplicantPro would be good for lower level positions such as accounting clerks; however, I have not had much luck finding qualified applicants for these positions through ApplicantPro. I'm not sure if this has to do with a software or the current state of affairs in the US with COVID-19.
Brightmove is well suited to a large active team of recruiters. It is too expensive to be good for a smaller shop, especially if there are several users. If you are considering this product, I recommend that you ask about upgrades and improvements, "up time", what the service response is like, what new interfaces they are planning, what will be included in the next release, and how that new release will be communicated in advance
While Applicant Pro interfaces with many HRIS platforms to streamline onboarding, unfortunately this option is not available for us (though I'm not sure if that's Applicant Pro's fault or our HRIS provider's fault).
Brightmove has worked well as we are a company with 120 employees. For as long as we stay around this size, we will continue with Brightmove, but as we grow we will start looking for an ATS that can directly tie into our CRM (NetSuite). The price point is great for the functionality when compared to other ATS solutions
The Customer Support is the best part of using this ATS vs others. They have a chat feature on the home page where you can ask a question and have a Customer Service rep help you in less than a minute. I have found that to be invaluable and a life saver on several occasions. I'm not sure you get that kind of service from a bigger ATS provider.
These two systems are similar in that they track applicants, can store offers, automate email responses and allow easy job posting. I think that PeopleSoft is a little more advanced and has more overall options/safeguards, where as ApplicantPro is still in a learning phase both within themselves and for us as a company
Brightmove is visually appealing and easy to use. It has great functionality when it comes to looking at the candidate page, job page, or a dashboard that is fully customizable. Brightmove makes it easy to post jobs to internal sites and external sites. It does lack on the corporate recruiting side, but not enough for it to not be looked at
