Chose ApplicantPro
I used Indeed.com at a former employer with similar success to ApplicantPro. Only about 10% of applicants have been qualified for the positions I've posted. I've had better luck with recruiters. While they cost more, the applicants they find are qualified and have proven to be …
These two systems are similar in that they track applicants, can store offers, automate email responses and allow easy job posting. I think that PeopleSoft is a little more advanced and has more overall options/safeguards, where as ApplicantPro is still in a learning phase both …
ApplicantPro is super user friendly and pushes out to many free job sites. ApplicantPro is also easy to train managers on and the interface makes it easy to review applications quickly.
We are just implementing UltiPro. It has an ATS module and does a lot of things equally well and some better. Applicant Pro is probably half the cost. Also, UltiPro requires an account with eQuest to post to state job boards and local job boards, this is an added cost. It …
ApplicantPro was the software the company was using when I got into the business. It was very easy to learn and I pick up on it fast. It has been one of the only software that has been so easy to learn. We recently switched over to Icims talent tracking software and it was much …
I would have thought ApplicantPro would be good for lower level positions such as accounting clerks; however, I have not had much luck finding qualified applicants for these positions through ApplicantPro. WinSearch works for a small recruiting company with low amounts of emails. Companies, where recruiters rely on heavy email, should avoid this due to delays and slow tech support fixes. Security and data breaches have occurred, and would negatively impact any company.
While Applicant Pro interfaces with many HRIS platforms to streamline onboarding, unfortunately this option is not available for us (though I'm not sure if that's Applicant Pro's fault or our HRIS provider's fault).
Winsearch provides email which is easily overwhelmed resulting in hangups and painfully slow searches. This is fixable with workarounds, but still not worth the wait if you seek a reliable software.
Winsearch is susceptible to hacks, and security issues. The system can go down for as long as a week as a result of a hack. The resulting interruption of business makes this software package not a good buy.
These two systems are similar in that they track applicants, can store offers, automate email responses and allow easy job posting. I think that PeopleSoft is a little more advanced and has more overall options/safeguards, where as ApplicantPro is still in a learning phase both within themselves and for us as a company
WinSearch database CRM is reliable and works well. Their email system negatively impacts my business. Security breaches and hacks could last 1 week and are very harmful to customers.
