Timely support is one of AppNeta's strong suits. But the ability to develop permeant fixes for issues within there product is where they lack.

AppNeta, when it is functioning, works wonders for discovering problem areas of the network - quite a bit more than other products in my opinion. But the amount of times we have a network blip and I got to check AppNeta to find out the hardware had hit a bug 2 weeks before and they have not been functioning since makes it hard to compete with other products at this time.

DbProtect is a leading security software designed for large-sized businesses. DbProtect cloud and Oracle Real User Experience Insight can be used on-premises. DbProtect is considered more expensive to implement than Oracle Real User Experience Insight so we think it is profitable to use Oracle Real User Experience Insight rather than DbProtect.
