Support Rating	Their online support and phone coverage are the best I ave ever encountered. Jovial, kind, and responsive are the word I would use to describe what they do and the methodology of why they do it so well. Online support is a breeze because you can upload images/video clips — no need to have a 3rd party app, like GoToMeeting for underlying support issues.
