Likelihood to Recommend	PDFTon is best suited for larger organizations in order to maximize the multiple features and functionality and to justify the cost. The users will need a programmer that can develop solutions to deploy using multiple programming languages. They need to be able to understand how the different types of code can interact. Small organizations would have a hard time justifying the cost and may not have the skill sets to deploy it easily. If you want to be able to highlight items or convert the pdf document into a Word document for editing and revisions, this tool does not provide strong functionality.
