Ross by and far has the most features and support for what is out there. Where most ERP systems everything is add ons, Ross builds those for the most part directly into their applications
We found dynamics too new and too segregated at the Time. SAP was too rigid and expensive, and ProcessPro was a little too small and lacked features. What truly swayed us to Ross over AX was the customer community and the support and interaction that customer community …
Once again I think that Zoho One does above almost everyone because of its ease of use easy integration and again the money savings at the long run is what really sells us on this plus I think that live customer service is one of the best in the industry. I only use others if …
The primary reason we switched from Daylite is when we started using Virtual Assistants and wanted a cloud based alternative which Daylite didn't provide. We left MYOB when I think it stopped supporting Apple computers. We left AccountEdge when it stopped supporting payroll tax …
ZOHO was cost-friendly compared to the above tools. This is the biggest pro ZOHO has. Using the above tools requires a manager who works and sets everything up in one place so that others can easily access the data, but in ZOHO, it is very easy to segregate data and use it …
I wasn’t part of the decision-making process, but I will say that coming into using Zoho One, I was really skeptical. Based on my use of it about 10 years ago, but I have seen massive improvement. It is really quite functional and allows us to do a lot of different things that …
5 years ago, we decided to use Odoo. At that time, the enterprise version of Odoo was not competitive enough for a small company with minor integration needs when it comes to the pricing per user.
Nowadays, pricing is almost equal. The effort of integration processes with Odoo …
There is nothing quite close to what Zoho offers with Zoho One in terms of breadth and depth of applications integrated together as a single product. Also, you get to manage a single license and user management on Zoho One, whereas you would need to work with multiple vendors …
Ross ERP was designed for and excels in process manufacturing environments. It is best leveraged in companies with strong management support for technology with a strong understanding of the business and manufacturing processes and a willingness to engage in the design and operation of the system. It is less suited for organizations looking for cut and paste solutions that don't' require input from the users and management. It is whatever you make of it.
Zoho One helps me to create and document each of my closures by creating deals. Zoho One helps me to generate reports, which helps me to track my contact. Zoho One helps me on creating tasks and reminds me to get it done on time. Zoho One keeps each steps and actions I took from lead to a deal.
Development: the facet that sold us on Ross was the interaction with the user community and the commitment to development with the users in mind. They are by far the most customer driven company I've worked with in terms of product improvement and development. Companies of all sizes are heard and they're suggestions coalesced into a development plan that delivers value for your maintenance dollars.
Lot Traceability: Ross ERP gives us a competitive edge in time for lot trace across multiple sku's and distribution lanes.
Process manufacturing management. Ross recipe and process spec management is very robust, allowing us to capture and manage our yields and costs across labor and numerous types of ingredient inputs. Process manufacturing can be more complex then discrete, and Ross was built for process manufacturing.
Easy to see the kpis for different aspects of my business
And offers a consolidation of CRM campaign and other applications without having to use other technologies from other companies so it's great to consulate consolidated
ZOHO is very easy to use. All you need to do is follow the steps and features aligned in it. ZOHO doesn't need complex coding or training; anyone can easily access and use it. You may feel a bit of difficulty initially, but show me an easy tool when you are using it for the first time.
Support is great as a customer, as a partner I get moved to that team more often and find issues in the support being provided. It also appears that the support agents do not take into account all the information provided and default back to the "step 1 of the playbook" instead of taking into account the business reason the support is being requested and understanding the steps already taken.

The primary reason we switched from Daylite is when we started using Virtual Assistants and wanted a cloud based alternative which Daylite didn't provide. We left MYOB when I think it stopped supporting Apple computers. We left AccountEdge when it stopped supporting payroll tax tables for Apple computers. Thankfully, each time we left one software company we were led to Zoho and have remained ever since.
