ARIS Process Mining vs. UiPath Process Mining

The scenarios where ARIS Process Mining is well suited are actually quite niche. I can say if you're a big, old organization with a lot of hierarchy and bureaucracy and this causes the information within the organization to disseminate and reaching the correct units take time, therefore inefficiency, then it's surely worth investing in ARIS Process Mining tool. These are the exact problems ARIS offers to solve. But if at least some of these terms I mentioned do not apply to your organization, whether it's small or does not suffer these symptoms despite being big, you can still use it for its various reporting and mining tool to improve, however the most suitable scenario is as I explained above.

UiPath Process Mining is suitable if the time consumed by the process needs to be monitored step wise ,to evaluate time consumed by each module So that any process improvements can be introduced to ensure lead have for each transaction. Any redundant steps can be easily identified using the enhanced visual tools

It's been such a helpful investment with a very good return on an investment. The amount of time alone we have been able to say by deploying UiPath Process Mining (formerly ProcessGold) has been worth it alone, not to mention the additional money we are able to generate through deploying these processes

We worked with a vendor who supported us and have been able to resolve any problems/questions we came across so we did not even need to go to ARIS Process Mining support/developer team to resolve issues.

It a good product. I would definitely keep using it in the near future. We have had good feedback within the team and also from our stakeholders on the other side of the table. Right now, there isn't any other tool out there better for doing the tasks that UiPath is doing.

The trainer was well trained.

I have not heard of any better such software that you can use to both map the processes, report them and mine them to see bottlenecks to improve. There are many software platforms that you can draw and map processes but such advanced library, mapping, reporting and mining tools to achieve the optimal process flow does not exist as far as I know.

UiPath's customer support is also very helpful in supporting us in the start and take-off phases. It is an accessible application that even non-technical users can maintain.
