Chose Asana
Asana is much better than both of these other options. Timelines and status updates are very integrated into the software and are easy to use.
Overall for the money Asana brings a lot of value for organizations who want to do more with less and need a task and project management solution as a small company is growing and scaling to get to the next level. In the space when we evaluated didn't find a lot of other …
Against Jira it offers a more modern experience with less complex user interfaces. The admin and setup experience is also way faster with less (or no) legacy complexity.
Against other modern players like Linear and Basecamp it offers way more integrations so we can pull in data …
Asana is a top-tier project management software that helps us organize and track projects from start to finish. It allows us to apply tasks/to-dos to multiple projects without duplication, divide complex projects into smaller tasks, and track project progress. It also helps us …
Asana provides a mix of features between notion and Jira. Unlike Notion, it helps ease up the collaboration on vast projects and between multiple teams. Jira proved to be a little expensive with similar set of features if not more and which is why we thought of going with Asana.
I believe that Asana is more professional than Trello. I used Trello a long time ago, but it looked more suitable for a student project rather than for a professional team or business environment. I believe it has great features to help companies in different stages and of …
Since I have tried the two applications and saw their advantages and disadvantages, I see that Asana is much better in terms of dealing with files, ease of use, and the many features and characteristics that it has. Also, I noticed that it does not consume much space on my …
Side by side with the other two Asana by far beats Monday.com and is comparable and slightly better than ClickUp. Monday is completely browser-based and is hard to navigate and figure out how to set up. Asana and ClickUp are the exact opposite. Both are easy to set up and …
I like how extensive the capabilities are for Asana. With other softwares it seems there are many things lacking. I feel like Asana is also a very user friendly platform and aesthetically pleasing which is important in a modern office. We have many young people entering our …
Asana compared to Jira is certainly better in terms of user experience, since most of the people can start using it basically without having any kind of training or previous explanation, which makes it really useful not only for people already used to project management but …
Asana is amazing for a remote team, that we are currently as its accessible seamlessly to all our team member no matter where they are in the world. Its very easy to onboard new members to this platform as its very intuitive and easy for new people to get a hang of it. It has …
Basecamp was a great tool, but it was paid and things like recurring tasks and opening new projects was a pain. Asana, as a free tool, has been better for our organization as it serves the basic functions very well and is not complicated otherwise. I really like the …
Asana is one of the good going project management tools in the market. It has a great user interface with high performance. Its project dashboard management is handy when compared to other products.
Asana does well at the assignment of tasks and task management, but it is not a resource planning tool. Other tools do better at resource planning and some principles of agile/scrum. It is simple and easy to use within the mobile application and on desktop, but it doesn't have …
For me, Plutio has a lot of functions and it is hard to understand in the short time. In the other hand, Flowlu has a great U.I and I spend less time learning, understand and process it. Also, I choose Flowlu because it supports to create multi company departments in one account.
We have used other finance tools like Quicken. Flowlu may not have all the features as the others and is still maturing, it has all the basics we need. These other tools also do not have task/project management or HR tools which we can also use. This is the big plus. The …
We previously used Bitrix24 and decided to switch to Flowlu because it offers a CRM with better features. Another reason was the possibility of financial integration that allows setting up the invoice system and payment gateways, making it easier for our clients to order and …
Essentially, Pipedrive is just a CRM system. On the other hand, Flowlu is a platform that combines CRM, Project management, and invoicing in one place.
In the past, we used Asana and SuiteDash for a brief time and finally moved to Flowlu. Flowlu has a cleaner interface and is much more affordable compared to Asana
Flowlu is all in one platform. Other platforms we being using are limited in features. Some of the software we have been using have strong CRM but very limited feature on project management, similarly tool we have been using for project management is limited in CRM, financing …
Flowlu is a platform that helps you manage all of your operations with a single, central dashboard. Not only does Flowlu help with tasks like billing and inventory but it also provides workers with the ability to capture all their important data for later reference. It helps us …
Although Omnifocus is a great software. It has reached a saturation point where there is little improvement happening in the last few years whereas flowlu is so open to new ideas and implements them quickly since being a web app.
I would like to say that although they are all great software, I prefer that I get a complete solution that covers my business needs for a fair price. The support that I have received from Flowlu is top of the line. The onboarding is great too. All in all a great software that …
Flowlu has a lot of great features that are especially helpful with project management and team/client communication. The mind maps in Flowlu are a particularly unique feature that's really awesome to use with projects. I like to use mind maps when creating sitemaps of planned …
Flowlu offers an integrated solution that combines the power of CRM automation and project workflow templates, making all the difference when you want to manage customers journey from the moment they are still a cold lead until when they become a loyal customer. And the good …
Flowlu is quick and easy to use, making it simple to configure and set up automations without a steep learning curve. To properly set up workflow automations in Dubsado and other CRMs, you'll need to devote a significant amount of time to tutorials and/or webinars, and even …
SUITEDASH, DESKERA etc… can be a competitor… But Flowlu can stand on its own. With its generous stacking options, this will be a good alternative to the current apps in the market now.
It is really difficult to find the right fit as far as automation because many solutions are not true automation and rather are semi automation wherein a human still needs to push buttons. It is our goal to remove as much of the button pushing as possible. We are still …
Compared to Suitedash and Swell Flowlu is the more mature product, less buggy, more progressive and a team we are trusting on the long run. First of all we are impressed by the transparent positive communication of the Flowlu team, when confronted with critics. Trust is besides …
Tried a few other CRM and one stop project/ client management solutions. Didn't use them more due to the following reasons: 1) Cost Involved - in using it for a long time 2) Technical Knowledge Required - to make use of newer features
Flowlu is easier to use and has more features, with more coming. Clickup feels like it's more 'open' for any type of business with a lot of customization, whereas Flowlu feels like it was created for niches like my own, yet it can easily and quickly be customized for any type …
The usability of Asana is broad since it's available in a variety of platforms that are widely used nowadays. I think that it would be great for people who are constantly on the move and switching devices, since it has allowed me to work from my phone, too. I also think that Asana has proven itself to handle a large quantity of work
To manage the workflows of our business, we used a number of tools before we began using Flowlu. It combines CRM, project & task management, team communication, invoicing, and account management into a single tool. We are able to save a lot of time and effort by using this all-in-one solution.
The system of adding only the features you need by installing as separated modules makes it easy to learn without being overwhelmed by the lots of features.
I really like its structure and clear interface. Not wasting much time by searching for the right buttons and settings. Looks like the developers use their own tool for everyday work
Flowlu offers a custom domain option to fully integrate fully it into our company toolbox. This helps offering a seamless experience for our clients.
The elaborated invoice module was the final argument for us to switch to Flowlu.
Flowlu should allow user to import their own invoice into app
Fellow should have their own email marketing system
It should integrate woo-commerce, a big e-commerce platform on WordPress. This will support users will in managing and sending emails to their customers.
I just can't see us getting it off of Asana any time soon, despite the many headaches it has caused us. We have too much data in there, too much time & training invested into it, too much at stake to move. If we were just starting out today, fresh, I don't know for certain that I would absolutely go the same direction, but I *think* I still would. I just haven't seen anything better yet. Maybe if Podio's support staff hadn't treated me like a worthless nuisance to them, I might feel differently, but the fact is that their task management is simply inferior to Asana's. That can't be denied, and in fact Podio said it themselves: "Tasks are a simple function. They cannot be customized. Tasks in Podio can be used for quick to-do's for you and your team members." In our operation, however, prompt task completion is a big deal; one task can't be completed until another one is done first, and closing the gaps between those tasks is critical in meeting deadlines and servicing our customers. Asana gets us there, the others don't.
I have found Flowlu while searching [for] a collaborative tool for a friend's non-profit organization. As I read the description and made a trial test, I fell in love with the tool. So we are definitely going to renew. Not only because the delivered solutions are great but also because Flowlu's roadmap seems very [promising].
It is very user-friendly. Takes a new employee an hour to start figuring out how the system works. That's an important factor. You don't want to encounter the issue where employees need a week to understand how the system works. For example, JIRA, I tried using it for a week and I still don't understand the complicated layout. Asana has a simple interface. Once you see it, you get it type of program.
It is full of features, there are many ways to perform a single tasks. Overall the experience is great [up to] now, support is also good. We normally get support in a few hours. The best is that everything is very easy and self explanatory so we did not find any issue in onboarding and daily usability.
I haven't had to use their support so I can't rate it. The fact that I haven't needed them reflects the ease of use of the product. I would recommend that any new users schedule a complete demo of the product to ensure that they are using it to it's fullest (there's a lot of useful features).
Support is highly responsive and receptive to feedback. There is an integrated live chat script which allows for intuitive and accessible communication. Beyond the official support channels, they also actively manage a Facebook group for other Flowlu users to share ideas and answer questions. Another big pro in my book is having a public roadmap.
Asana is a top-tier project management software that helps us organize and track projects from start to finish. It allows us to apply tasks/to-dos to multiple projects without duplication, divide complex projects into smaller tasks, and track project progress. It also helps us organize work on Kanban boards or linear lists. It stands out from the crowd in a big way compared to the competition.
I would like to say that although they are all great software, I prefer that I get a complete solution that covers my business needs for a fair price. The support that I have received from Flowlu is top of the line. The onboarding is great too. All in all a great software that I really like.
It's helped making hiring extremely easy. Onboarding new clients is a snap.
Creating new projects takes minutes rather than nearly an hour on some other apps.
I am probably saving 10+ hours per week on work these days because of how easy everything is to set up. Once I get all my training set up in the Knowledgebase I will save even more time.
