The team is super responsive and helped us in every step. We contacted their support team whenever we face any kind of queries while using the web or application, every query raised is tracked and TAT is shared. We mainly selected Vymo because of its ability to provide nudges to action. Previously, it was managed by a leadership meeting that the sales team has missed actioning on some leads, but that used to be too late for business.
