Chose Attentive
Attentive Mobile is better from a UI and reporting standpoint.
Attentive Mobile is more of a partner and a lot more hands on. The platform is very straight forward and tells you everything you need to know about your email and SMS programs. Attentive Mobile gives more concrete recommendations to better your program.
While ManyChat is specific to Facebook Messenger, my experience in their platform made it very easy to hit the ground running with Attentive Mobile. With the policy changes in the Messenger world, we have mostly abandoned that and moved to SMS for a direct line to customers. …
Attentive Mobile is much easier to use and easier to pull performance metric reports. I wish it was a bit easier to edit pop-ups and know what the total audience number is when you create a segment.
I've heard of getthru.io (formerly Relay). Basically, it is just a copy of Hustle (maybe younger as well, not as experienced in the market). I didn't dive deep into their platform to get an idea of their capabilities or integrations. They do seem to have been (maybe) …
Hustle is a bit of a different animal when compared to various enterprise texting platforms like EZ Texting, Textel, Textio, etc. It's the best bet when you're trying to grow a membership base and provide responsive customer care, but may not be the best option if you're trying …
We have also used RAVE and Google Voice to send text massages. RAVE does not allow for one-to-one communication with recipients an Google Voice does not let you easily communicate with list of contacts and lacks the interface for canned responses. Neither provides the quality …
I genuinely enjoy working with the Attentive platform due to its user-friendly design and the hands-on support provided by their team. Over the years, we've implemented various strategies to enhance our profile performance and have experienced remarkable growth through the use of AI Pro and the recommended customer journeys.
Great for sales, political, fundraising, and nonprofit outreach. You can engage with season ticket holders for renewal, reaching out to voters to ensure they know where to vote and when, fundraising for non-profits, universities, etc., as well as engaging with a community (any organization that has a following and would like to get in touch with them easily, it's great for!)
Good usability and it is easy to train new employees on the platform since it is so intuitive. Love playing around with the segmentation tools and seeing how it affects audience size for deployments. Overall, a great UI experience.
Fast and easy to communicate with. I wish we went over more insights and analytics on our monthly calls with our account manger. This would really give us the push that we need in order to best utilize the platform as a whole.
As a cloud-based web app, you can expect the typical software as a service communication channel for support. They offer generous support via phone, email, and chat. As with anything, some issues can be solved by googling the problem and finding a resolution that was explained in detail by another user.
While ManyChat is specific to Facebook Messenger, my experience in their platform made it very easy to hit the ground running with Attentive Mobile. With the policy changes in the Messenger world, we have mostly abandoned that and moved to SMS for a direct line to customers. Attentive Mobile has much stronger ROAS with SMS than ManyChat had with Facebook Messenger.
We have also used RAVE and Google Voice to send text massages. RAVE does not allow for one-to-one communication with recipients an Google Voice does not let you easily communicate with list of contacts and lacks the interface for canned responses. Neither provides the quality reporting that is available in Hustle.
After switching to Attentive Mobile we were able to launch several new journeys and make improvements to others that had large positive impact on our marketing journey revenue and click rates YoY.
We were able to easily launch an SMS program that collected over 100k subscribers in one year.
We were able to easily A/B test in our journeys to increase revenue.
