Auditboard is a unique product that is primarily used for audit and internal controls which made it the best alternative. It provides a way to organize a large amount of testing working papers, provides efficient workflow, and can provide dashboards/reporting statistics to …
When evaluating possible audit system vendors, we allowed audit staff to have a say. Most loved the organized, user-friendly, easy to learn AuditBoard system over all others reviewed. Pricing was also fair and the customer service team is very responsive and helpful.
I remember there were a lot of sync issues when I used the internally developed software, but that's probably because a few people were working on the same project at the same time. I have not come across this issue in AuditBoard
AuditBoard is more user-friendly and never has access issues reported by any of our users. AuditBoard offers more free training and office hours to help users get the most out of the product. AuditBoard has more collaborative features to allow users to work together and save …
The connectivity with other SAP products out of the SAP GRC suite, like Access Control and so on, was key for the decision. Also we had an already mature SAP System landscape as well as having internal processes that were similar to the SAP Process Control standard processes …

AuditBoard is a great platform for our organization because it allows real-time collaboration between the owners and auditors, plus it is very user-friendly. A couple of the features I love are the view that can be tailored by individual users and the dashboard that allows you to easily check the status of different projects.
SAP Process Control is well suited for managing the end to end lifecycle of controls across different regulations. When managing a risk and controls framework it is better suited for public companies that have regulation requirements. The tool does not offer good capabilities for managing robust IT regulations. It would be good if there's improvement to the tool so it can be used to manage IT assets.
Auditboard is a unique product that is primarily used for audit and internal controls which made it the best alternative. It provides a way to organize a large amount of testing working papers, provides efficient workflow, and can provide dashboards/reporting statistics to enhance internal audit and internal controls. In addition, this product is extremely useful to communicate with clients when sending out PBC requests and communicating control deficiencies
The connectivity with other SAP products out of the SAP GRC suite, like Access Control and so on, was key for the decision. Also we had an already mature SAP System landscape as well as having internal processes that were similar to the SAP Process Control standard processes helped us with the decision to implement SAP Process Control.
Hard to quantify. It was cheaper than the tool we had and we were able to get rid of standalone tool for surveys. overall, just better user experience for all.
