Cloud Data Integration
Comparison of Cloud Data Integration features of Product A and Product B
Any information transfer between systems. They have a lot of different applications that integrate with their system, which saves a lot of tedious follow-ups.
Celigo is great for transaction-based integrations (which is most), but not great for when you want to replicate data from one system to a database. For example, if you are trying to get all of your NetSuite data into a Snowflake database. However, if you are trying to get data out of NetSuite and create transactions in another system, it's perfect.
There is a bit of a learning curve, but not bad. Once you get a flow or two under your belt, there will be no stopping you. You will start to see possibilities and ways to apply automation and integration throughout your business. It becomes fun to look for additional ways to save money, time, and improve accuracy
Amazing customer service! You can schedule a time to chat through the issue or use the chat. I've used each method once and both times they understood my issue and helped me resolve it. They were very thorough and persistent in determining the issue and fixing it. For example, July 1 on a Google Form was showing up as January 7 in Monday.com due to formatting conversions. After trying multiple versions to fix it myself, I couldn't get it corrected. Abhijeet from Automate fixed my bot to ensure the date was being reflected correctly in Monday.com and was patient enough to wait for me to test it several times. Customer service makes all the difference when you run into an issue and happy to report this crew rates an A+
Make sure the person managing it knows APIs and Databases, so they can 'understand' what Automate does and offers. Without such conceptual understanding, Automate is too geeky. WITH such conceptual understanding, Automate is a Church Picnic easy.
We demoed some of these other integration options. The learning curve seemed a bit steeper and the offerings less robust, so we did not pursue very far. I cannot speak to the others much. We have not had a reason to stray from Celigo.
Automating data entry has allowed me to keep a great visual record of numbers and customers in Google Sheets instead of relying on checking individual orders on Shopify or individual emails, etc.
