Avotus is a very user friendly tool to use and it is a very reliable tool as compared to the other softwares available in the market. I have used this tool and it can help a user accomplish the tasks very easily.

Telesoft helps a organization to bring all the calls and data needs at one place and help them to access that information although it has limited access but it can be very helpful for an organization. There is one con I can see is the pricing there that is a Little higher for Medium Scale Businesses. That was the biggest reason we had to switch there.
