Our company is on an enterprise plan so we had to invest a few months to figure out a model that would work for us. Woobox was helpful in our transition to their platform. It is very fast. The only thing that has taking any sort of time is when it imports photos or videos from platforms such as Instagram or Twitter. But this is more due to refresh rates than the actual program.

They have always answered the phone in person and been able to answer question or resolve issues same day. Not open 24 hrs.

The customer support team was outstanding in AF. They were very attentive and on point in our requirements. Also the pricing was very affordable. We had few recommendations from existing users who were already in our business market.
