Awardco Enterprise is priced fairly depending on your recognition program needs, and is often much lower than the industry standard. Our previous customers have found that they can use a portion of their previous recognition budget to implement and utilize Awardco, and the rest of the funds can be directed immediately back to their employees, thus rewarding them even more than before.
In the past, we have used sites like Coupa to order products & prizes for employees who we want to reward or who have earned prizes during competitions. We enjoyed the program, but there were many steps involved & many layers to go through. It was a time-consuming process to …
I have only used a few other award programs and selections have been extremely limited. There is nothing worse than receiving a catalog with 10-15 items to choose from and you don't really want any of the items. It is even worse when the company spends two to three times the …
Motivosity is hands down better. Easier for companies with employees in multiple countries, easier to spend the money you receive, easier to gift the money, easier to interact with and more user friendly. However, motivosity is also more expensive and I find that cost is hard …
I have just started using Lattice as an Admin, and I think Kazoo had more customizable options where you could add your info to instructions and supporting documentation. Kazoo also had better customer support.
This product seems to outperform the competition in the reviews that we're aware of. Not surprisingly, we've been extremely pleased with this product. It's funny to think that a simple piece of software could add so much by way of positivity to our workplace, but it most …
It's fairly equal across all of the different platforms for Peer-to-peer recognition. For more extensive peer feedback or surveys, a tool like Kudos or Lattice is probably better suited for your needs. If you're just looking for a simple employee recognition or peer-to-peer …
Both Namely and Hey Taco have their own version of this. Namely has appreciations that you can do through their HRIS platform, that is basically shout outs to employees and Hey Taco is a Slack integration that has its own way to send recognition and also has a redemption …
Awardco is a very well priced solution that allows for recognition, interactions and more. I think it’s well suited for small to mid sized companies who want to honour and recognize their coworkers but not put tons of bloat into a software to do so. It may be less appropriate if your company has employees in multiple countries or is over 200 people.
The recognition piece is the biggest, most important piece of the whole software in my opinion. It cultivates an environment of teamwork and appreciation and has been a huge culture-builder for us! We love using Kazoo.
I would like the system to be able to send email notifications to more than the employee and the HR Manager. It would be great if we could include the manager and the GM as well. Now I just forward the message to the others.
The ability to create custom reports as admins would be a nice feature.
A feature that allows managers of the employees to be loaded into YEI and then they can receive a breakdown of the recognition of their direct reports periodically would be a nice feature.
Ways for the employee to create their own reports to see their own receiving and giving metrics.
It’s not super user friendly compared to other apps I have used in the past, and it also offers not as many partners. One feature that would improve it, would be connecting award bucks to a digital credit card. That way employees can spend it on what they want without having to get a visa gift card which is the current solution/ work around
I am giving a "middle of the road" rating of 5 because I don't have experience with Awardco support. I have never had to reach out to the support team for anything, so I don't have any substantial feedback in this particular area. The program is so easy to use, so I've never needed to contact the support team.
It was very in depth and easy to understand. There was a dedicated person that was assigned to our account and that made it easier to move forward. The process was very easy to follow
I have only used a few other award programs and selections have been extremely limited. There is nothing worse than receiving a catalog with 10-15 items to choose from and you don't really want any of the items. It is even worse when the company spends two to three times the cost on a gift that can be purchased elsewhere for much, much less. The employee has an idea how much something costs and as a result feels like the company didn't appreciate them by giving an inexpensive gift. Awardco gifts are dollar for dollar.

We are a company that thrives on competition & rewards. Awardco has helped us simplify that rewards process, and it's much easier for us as we create competition prizes.
Our employees are much more engaged in the competitions because they know they will win points that can be used on just about anything.
Since we've started using Awardco we have hit record numbers in sales in a month.
