Considered Both Products
AWS Backup
Chose AWS Backup
We use Rubrik for long-term backup archiving & management, and we use AWS backup for short-term backups.
Chose AWS Backup
The selection process is not final - we are comparing multiple vendors for our backup solution. However, Veeam has been slightly more enticing due to pricing.
Chose AWS Backup
Linode requires a minimum data purchase for their S3 storage solution. While the convenience of being able to mount the drive directly is great, it isn't the best for small amounts of data for our different customers.

I initially tried there other backup solution but they …
Chose AWS Backup
The other method of backups we considered was a scheduled backup of important data to AWS S3 and manual backup of data to a third-party storage (local/other cloud service). It works, but it takes much more time than using AWS Backup. AWS Backup interfaces with AWS services, and …
Chose AWS Backup
I've tried a lot of different products. Backblaze, at least from a birds-eye view is significantly cheaper than AWS/the rest. Backblaze is a little more simpler, but it's well worth it.

Linode also provides backup options, however I'm only familiar with their backup on their …
Chose AWS Backup
because its easy to startup on it and also so easy to use, and again its just a one single place for control, create and recover your instances and environments. Great product overall and a must to have in your infrastructure.
Also we recommend try it and even daily or monthly …
Chose AWS Backup
Being an AWS service, AWS Backup integrates in a native way with other AWS services, providing an easy way to backup those services. Being able to create separate backup plans that meet specific business and regulatory compliance requirements provides us with capabilities to …
Chose AWS Backup
We decided to go with AWS Backup because we already use other products within the AWS suite.
Chose AWS Backup
Well Microsoft Azure is cheaper but that said AWS has more hardware and software partners so that can give a real deep integration to your AWS files. Also AWS also has a lot more support option, and is older and more mature. That said AWS isn't as easy or as pretty as Microsoft …
Chose AWS Backup
AWS Backup is already integrated with a lot of its services so is native option to go without needing third-party software.
Chose AWS Backup
AWS Backup is easy to use and is recommended by the clients and our organization.

We use the shared cloud-based business drive, but the emails are not saved here—only the files the members share.

A similar software that I have used is Apple iCloud. However, this seems to have even more limited storage and requires you to purchase more often. I struggle with backing my devices up as well.
Chose UpSafe (discontinued)
I prefer Upsafe Free Gmail Backup as it works to effectively save and protect our important brainstorms and conversations, as Google auto-saves in real-time. Cloud Backup for Office365 is slightly clumsier and harder to share as so many team members don’t pay for Microsoft …
Chose UpSafe (discontinued)
I haven't tried any other programs. This was recommended by a friend, whose opinion I value.
Chose UpSafe (discontinued)
We didn't consider other products because we use a lot of Google products so it makes sense to choose Free Gmail Backup.
Chose UpSafe (discontinued)
Gmail backup is easier to use, I still can't figure out the apple icloud.
Chose UpSafe (discontinued)
I have personally used Apple's cloud backup. I think Office 365 Cloud Backup is as easy to use as Apple's version and I would not hesitate to recommend Office 365 Cloud Backup.

AWS [Backup] does what it intends on doing. AWS [Backup] is very fast, however, for that speed, you'll end up with a high bill at the end of the month. Compared to competitors, AWS [Backup] is a lot more expensive than others. However, I believe it makes it up in it's versatility - there's no company more compatible with others than AWS.

Usability
Overall because I can sell it white labeled and use my white labeled software like CloudBerry and the native backup apps on my synology NAS servers to store things in real time and do duplication and disaster recovery directly to it was game changing for my client in the advertising world they are never down now.

Support Rating
Support for AWS Backup is by Amazon itself so it is solid as always. If you have a business or higher level support plan you'll have no trouble getting engineers or other staff on the job to help you with whatever comes up.

The support for this software has been very impressive. I have not had any problems as I have been using it for the past year. I never have to worry about what may happen if I lose a file because I know it can be recovered by the support provided here.

Linode requires a minimum data purchase for their S3 storage solution. While the convenience of being able to mount the drive directly is great, it isn't the best for small amounts of data for our different customers. I initially tried there other backup solution but they couldn't guarantee where the data would be stored in relation to the server we were using. The risk being an incident in our near our server could result in the loss of our backup as well.
