We've had the best experiences when needing to recover emails from snapshots and date ranges which have been deleted. The Smart Search works relatively well and is easy to recover. Sometimes the restoration process can take a while depending on the size and amount of emails but is generally ok.

If your business (or your clients) use QBO using Rewind is an absolute no-brainer in my book. For a modest monthly cost (less than $10 per month per QBO file) you get cheap insurance against losing data and having to spend endless hours re-creating everything. When we use QB Desktop we back up the client QB files for the same reason. Now that things are increasingly moving to QBO we have the same option through Rewind.

  • In several sections, the design does not appear to be well-thought-out.
  • It might take a long time for a page to load at times.
  • There are still certain limits when it comes to data backups for Shopify merchants.

  • It has given us freedom and peace of mind at work, since it performs automated management, I can work fluidly and experiment with various changes no matter what happens because Rewind will always keep an original copy in case something bad happens.
