Vault tends to only allow for holds or to export matters which is nice for legal needs but not for disaster recovery. Backupify works for disaster recovery and for holding matters. Likelihood to Recommend	Anywhere you are trying to back up files for Microsoft or for Google and want a disaster recovery solution is a great time to use Backupify. It is a very simple interface that includes an audit section to show all history of restorations as well. Usability	Very simple user interface and straight forward to complete back ups and restore. It was very easy to set up and then easy to maintain.
