CDW
Chose CDW
CDW is a top-tier partner with most reputable tech companies. This aids in getting the best prices available.
Chose CDW
They are more competitive at some solutions while also lacking in others. Primarily when going against products that solely focus on one area.
Chose CDW
Office Depot and SHI do have great representatives but have found CDW to be very encompassing as far as Information Technology is concerned.

Management appears to still be out of touch, or possibly as high as the executive level?
If CDW doesn't value our business (and we're an SMB, so not a big juicy account that they're sure to court but we do conduct tens of thousands of $ per year range), there are several alternatives.
