Chose Ingram Micro
Ingram Micro is the largest supplier of this type in New Zealand and as such we started to use them almost only for this reason.
Although we have had a very good customer experience and will continue to use Ingram Micro services in the future.
After Ingram closed our account due to inactivity and told us so, we'd have to go through the entire application process again. We switched to TechData and have been relatively happy with them so far.
Works well if you want to 1) Fulfill your own eComm orders. 2) Want the ability to do dropship with 3rd party retailers. 3) Want LOT# control (e.g. if you're in the food industry). There are a plethora of companies that can do ecomm fulfillment but they don't have the ability to do option 2 & 3.
