Likelihood to Recommend	I have yet to identify a short coming with this solution. I have found it easy to configure, manage, and restore items when needed. Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is also very proactive at managing our account and assisted us in validating the configuration for any new functions that need to be implemented. Return on Investment	Lost productivity when someone deletes a cloud stored item and we can retrieve it. Rouge creation of teams and no owners are assigned- we get notified.
