Considered Both Products	Barracuda ECHOplatform for MSPs DJ dave jung internal it Chose Barracuda ECHOplatform for MSPs The platform was a requirement to get access to the products, but it seemed a bit rushed and some of the feature are not consistent, like the cloud to cloud you need to create an admin for the tech to implement vs the creds passed over from ECHOplatform. Alternatives Considered	Carbonite is a very good product but Intronis is much better suited for businesses. Return on Investment	This is a great solution for backups when a backup appliance is not necessary (or within economic range).
