Considered Both Products	Barracuda ECHOplatform for MSPs DJ dave jung internal it Chose Barracuda ECHOplatform for MSPs The platform was a requirement to get access to the products, but it seemed a bit rushed and some of the feature are not consistent, like the cloud to cloud you need to create an admin for the tech to implement vs the creds passed over from ECHOplatform. In this case getting and analyzing syslogs as well as creating event-based alerts/notifications brings great relief of a network administrator life! The second case - is a simple analyzing firewall log events as SolarWinds Log Analyzer (LA) can keep logs for a longer time than an equipment built-in tool.
