Beehire vs. Manatal

Any organization with high turnover (regardless of the reason) or expanding operations could save countless managerial manhours with Beehire. It really simplifies the hiring process and takes a tremendous amount of minuscule tasks out of the equation for you. Operations with under 50 employees or with very low turnover would probably not benefit from this as much, though it is still a great tool when you have multiple hiring managers, especially if they are not co-located.

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

It was easy to manage and collect data well.it uses a short time to operate which makes its work effective and easy to operate. The data modeling is well and easy. The storage of data becomes well and useful and easy while being good to operate. The platform performs well and is easy to understand.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.
